Had a very bad experience at cloudex. I was given 3:30 as my scan time but my scan was done almost at 5pm. They gave reason that some people came to do emergency scanning. Being from a medical profession myself, I have no idea what somebody with emergency scan has to do with a diagnostic centre leaving the choice of a hospital behind.If they have to give reason, give something more sensible. And I have seen women almost 7-8 month pregnant waiting there for hours.And talking about privacy, there is zero privacy. It's a single radiology room and is being separated by curtains. I have seen men entering the same room for scanning. And they only have a single washroom for men, women, people working there. It's really irritating. After my first round of scan, I was asked to walk for sometime and they didn't call me for another 1hr. I was walking around for the whole time. They again gave reason that emergency scan is there. Finally during my scan found out that I had cervical incompetence and needed emergency surgery. I was actually not even fit to stand or sit. And in such condition they made me walk for 1hr. In case of pregnancy, they should be aware of all the complications that can be seen in scanning and should not make the women stress like this. It is to find out if there is any abnormality that we are doing the scan. They are making the abnormality worse.Will not recommended this place to anyone, worst diagnostic centre I have come across.

Disappointing Experience with Cloudex Radiology, Kannur.I recently contacted Cloudex Radiology in Kannur for an NT scan, following a referral from E.K Nayanar Memorial Government Women and Child Hospital. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating.When I called, I was informed that there were no expert doctors available for NT scans because they were all on sick leave. This seemed highly unlikely and made me question the reliability of their services. Furthermore, the suggestion to consult another branch, which was much farther away, was inconvenient and added to the stress of my wife's pregnancy.It's disheartening to see government contracts being awarded to firms that seem incapable of providing basic healthcare services. I urge the authorities to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that people receive the quality care they deserve.

I have taken a patient at cloudex kannur thrice for her pregnancy scanning. For the same scan they charge different prices from patients. If you go to meet your gynaecologist with the report then you speak to other bystanders you will see this difference in prices for the same scan. It's quite unethical i felt cheated. From kannur District hospital doctors are directing patients to this centre once you get out from the OP, attenders and securities Auto drivers all will come to you asking whether we have scanning and will take you straight to this centre. I felt this as a network and once you reach there they charge you differently. In the case of scanning doctors they keep on change so you will not get a continuity, centre asks to bring our old reports and the end result is your report quality gets screwed. Patients are referred to the centre by doctors and the doctor gives their salesman's number but when we ask for the certain name at the counter for some help telling that we are referred here by their name, the staff at the counter will tell theyLeft the company. Disappointed

I had a very very very bad experience yesterday from cloudex . I went for a pelvis scan and one lady called SHEETHAL took my scan .She had ego and she is frustrated .She treated me very badly like i was taking scan on her charity .If your taking scan from cloudex yes its a best choice , the receptionist is good , the scan report is good . But never ever get Sheethal for your scan . She will ruin your mind and day .
