I chose this centre after going through a google review rating. But by report quality and service they are just average. Staff are more interested in taking Reviews and star ratings from patients bystanders. My humble suggestion is don't irritate patients for your benefits. Your management may push you but show some consideration.

Visited Cloudex Scans for a guided FNAC procedure . The entire process was very smooth with no unnecessary waiting. The staff were well organised, professional, and very courteous in their behaviour. I also received the report on time, which I truly appreciate. A very well-managed and patient-friendly centre.”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Had a very good experience at Cloudex Scanning Centre, today (19/02/26). The entire process was smooth and well organized. The receptionist was polite and helpful, the doctors and assistants were professional and supportive, and the cleaning staff maintained excellent hygiene standards.Even the washroom and waiting area were very clean and well maintained. The overall arrangement and atmosphere made me feel comfortable and relaxed.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed scanning centre

I had a wonderful experience during my wife’spregnancy scan at Cloudex Radiology kannur on 20.04.2025 .The staff were kind, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. The doctor took the time to explain everything and even pointed out some adorable moments during the scan. The environment was clean, calm, and well-organized. Highly recommend for any expectingparents and for anyone looking for a detailed and reassuring scan!!!

Had a very bad experience at cloudex. I was given 3:30 as my scan time but my scan was done almost at 5pm. They gave reason that some people came to do emergency scanning. Being from a medical profession myself, I have no idea what somebody with emergency scan has to do with a diagnostic centre leaving the choice of a hospital behind.If they have to give reason, give something more sensible. And I have seen women almost 7-8 month pregnant waiting there for hours.And talking about privacy, there is zero privacy. It's a single radiology room and is being separated by curtains. I have seen men entering the same room for scanning. And they only have a single washroom for men, women, people working there. It's really irritating. After my first round of scan, I was asked to walk for sometime and they didn't call me for another 1hr. I was walking around for the whole time. They again gave reason that emergency scan is there. Finally during my scan found out that I had cervical incompetence and needed emergency surgery. I was actually not even fit to stand or sit. And in such condition they made me walk for 1hr. In case of pregnancy, they should be aware of all the complications that can be seen in scanning and should not make the women stress like this. It is to find out if there is any abnormality that we are doing the scan. They are making the abnormality worse.Will not recommended this place to anyone, worst diagnostic centre I have come across.
